Paul Porco, is a second generation builder, with over 30 years of experience, building homes with extraordinary designs and focus to detail and craftsmanship. As a second-generation builder and with over 100 custom home projects successfully completed, Paul Porco has established an impressive record as a quality custom builder. Attention to detail is evident every step of the way from the plan selection and the initial residence to the detail and meticulous craftsmanship of the finish work. As your custom builder, Paul’s artistic eye and experience will help optimize the visual appeal and “livability” of your new custom residence, inside and out. This hands-on approach will minimize costly errors, delays and helps assure quality control at each step of the project.

Rachelle Porco, is one of two daugters of Paul Porco. She is a successful interior designer. She has a knack for creating beautiful spaces. Born and raised on long island, she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in interior design from the New York Institute of Technology. Rachelle has made a name for herself today as she is the proud winner of five consecutive Sand Dollar Awards, which is the highest award you can win as an interrior designer. Rachelle helps orchestrate the design work on all of our homes. She does interior designs in Naples Florida, and Long Island. You can follow her dedsign work on instagram @rp.idesign

Christina Porco, is the second daughter of Paul Porco. She has been involved in numerous family businesses over the years. Christina 3rd generation builder. She specializes in organizing multiple building projects in the office as well as on the field. She also owns and operates the Porcos Country Deli in Southampton.

Paul Porco Jr is now a 3rd generation builder, now carying on the Porco building legacy. He is very creative and is hands on. He now manages job projects, making sure they are completed on time.
